What happens after you send the form
Send the form and one of us calls you to ask a few questions about the house and agree a time to come and measure. Nothing gets quoted on that call, because a roofline cannot be priced from a description.
The measuring visit is short. We photograph the front elevation, measure every run of eave and gable, and look at the trees, the entry and where the power is. On a two story in Carmel that takes longer than it does on a ranch in Whitestown, and you do not need to stand outside for any of it.
After that we come back with the design and the price and go through it at your table. You see which runs are being lit, what is being left alone, and what the whole season costs including the maintenance while the display is up and the takedown in January. Nothing is ordered, cut or charged until you have seen all of it and said yes.
If you would rather talk than type, call or text the number above and you get one of the owners. Booking in September or October gives you a choice of install dates, because installs run from the start of November through the middle of December.
What to put in the message
None of this is required and the form works without it. It only means the call back is a useful conversation rather than three questions we could have read.
The property address
The address tells us the town, the drive and roughly what the house is. Sheridan and Fortville are forty five minutes apart and they schedule very differently.
What you are picturing
The roofline only, or the trees and the front door as well. You do not need to know exactly. It tells us how long the measuring visit needs to be.
Any date you are working to
A party, family arriving, or simply the first weekend of December. Telling us the date up front is what lets us place the measuring visit early enough to hit it.
Whether it is a home or a business
A house and an HOA entrance are quoted differently, and a storefront is installed outside your opening hours rather than in the middle of the day.
